Limited Warranty

Concrete Boys Epoxy LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Client”) that the epoxy flooring system installed by the Company will be free from defects in workmanship and material, including peeling or delamination, for a period of ten (10) years from the date of installation, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Coverage

This Limited Warranty applies solely to residential installations and covers:

• Delamination or peeling of the epoxy coating due to installation-related defects

• Material failure caused by improper application or surface preparation performed by Concrete Boys Epoxy LLC

Exclusions

This Limited Warranty shall not apply to damage or failure caused by, including but not limited to:

• Moisture vapor transmission, hydrostatic pressure, or water intrusion from the substrate

• Structural movement or cracking of the underlying concrete

• Improper use, physical abuse, chemical spills, burns, impact damage, or gouging

• Normal wear and tear, fading, or discoloration

• Improper maintenance or the use of abrasive or incompatible cleaning products

• Any alterations, modifications, or repairs not performed or authorized by Concrete Boys Epoxy LLC

Limitations

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the Client named on the original agreement or contract. Concrete Boys Epoxy LLC’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at its discretion, to repair or reapply the affected area. Under no circumstances shall Concrete Boys Epoxy LLC be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, business interruption, or property damage.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period and accompanied by proof of purchase and photos of the affected area.

For commercial or industrial installations, custom warranty terms may be provided in writing and must be agreed upon prior to commencement of work.
